The Valley Stewardship Network’s founders understood that people first need to feel a pride of ownership in a resource before they’ll commit to conserving it. With that in mind, VSN continues to host events aimed at bringing residents of southwestern Wisconsin closer to their environment. We collaborate with local groups and agencies to promote field days and educational workshops for natural resource management and outreach education.
Past programs have included:
Spring Birding Hikes
River Cleanup Days
Invasive Species Workshops
Habitat Restoration Workshops
Roadside Cleanup Days
Prairie Wildflower Walks
Karst Feature Identification Field Days
Check the VSN Events calendar to view upcoming workshops, hikes, and field days.
